የአገልግሎት ውል (አማርኛ)
1.መግቢያ እና ስምምነት
- እንኳን ወደ ሀገርሊንክ ደህና መጡ። ሀገርሊንክ ተጠቃሚዎችን ከገለልተኛ የክስተት አዘጋጆች፣ ከአቅራቢዎች፣ ከትምህርታዊ ይዘት ፈጣሪዎች፣ ሆቴሎች እና ሬስቶራንቶች ጋር የሚያገናኝ የዲጂታል መድረክ ነው። ይህንን የሞባይል መተግበሪያ፣ ድረ-ገጽ ወይም አገልግሎት በመጠቀምዎ በዚህ የአገልግሎት ውል ለመተዳደር ይስማማሉ።
2.የመድረኩ ሚና እና የኃላፊነት ገደብ
- የዲጂታል አገናኝ ሚና. ሀገርሊንክ ጥብቅ በሆነ መልኩ ተጠቃሚዎችን እና ከሶስተኛ ወገን የቀረቡ አገልግሎት ሰጪዎችን የሚያገናኝ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ መድረክ ነው።
- የአገልግሎት ሰጪዎች ነጻነት. አቅራቢዎች እና ፈጣሪዎች በራሳቸው የሚተዳደሩ እንጂ የደላፎን ቴክኖሎጂ ሰራተኞች ወይም ወኪሎች አይደሉም። መድረኩ በአካል የሚሰጡ አገልግሎቶችን በቀጥታ አያቀርብም።
- የኃላፊነት ገደብ. ሀገርሊንክ በአገልግሎት ሰጪዎች የሚሰጡ አገልግሎቶችን ጥራት፣ ደህንነት፣ ህጋዊነት ወይም አፈጻጸም በተመለከተ ቀጥተኛ ኃላፊነት አይወስድም። የውል ስምምነቶች የሚደረጉት በቀጥታ በተጠቃሚው እና በአገልግሎት ሰጪው መካከል ነው።
3.የተጠቃሚዎች ኃላፊነት እና ጥንቃቄ
- ገለልተኛ ማጣራት. ተጠቃሚዎች ማንኛውንም ክፍያ ከመፈጸማቸው በፊት የአገልግሎት ሰጪዎችን ህጋዊነት፣ መታወቂያ እና አስተማማኝነት በራሳቸው የማጣራት ሙሉ ኃላፊነት አለባቸው።
- ያልተረጋገጡ አቅራቢዎች. አዲስ ስራ የሚጀምሩ እና የግል አቅራቢዎችን ለማበረታታት መድረካችን ያልተረጋገጡ አቅራቢዎችን ሊይዝ ይችላል። ምንም እንኳን መሰረታዊ የመታወቂያ ሰነዶችን ብንሰበስብም፣ ተጠቃሚዎች ከእንደዚህ አይነት አቅራቢዎች ጋር ሲሰሩ ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ሊያደርጉ ይገባል።
- የክፍያ ጥንቃቄ. ተጠቃሚዎች በቴሌብር (Telebirr) ወይም በሌሎች የክፍያ አማራጮች ክፍያ ከመፈጸማቸው በፊት ሁኔታዎችን በግልጽ ማረጋገጥ አለባቸው።
4.ለአቅራቢዎች፣ አዘጋጆች፣ ፈጣሪዎች እና ሆቴሎች/ሬስቶራንቶች
- ትክክለኛ መረጃ የመስጠት ግዴታ. ሁሉም አቅራቢዎች በመተግበሪያው ላይ የሚያሰፍሩት መረጃ፣ ዋጋ እና መግለጫ ትክክለኛ መሆን አለበት።
- የመድረኩ አስተዳደር. ሀገርሊንክ የመድረኩን ደህንነት ለመጠበቅ ሲባል ማንኛውንም አቅራቢ ወይም ይዘት የማገድ፣ የመገምገም ወይም የማስወገድ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
- መታወቂያ እና ክትትል. ሁሉም አገልግሎት ሰጪዎች ሲመዝገቡ ትክክለኛ መታወቂያ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። መድረኩ እንደየአፈጻጸማቸው ሁኔታ አቅራቢዎችን በሂደት ያረጋግጣል።
5.ክፍያ፣ ቦታ ማስያዝ እና አስተዳደር
- ሀገርሊንክ የመተግበሪያውን መሰረተ ልማት፣ የግብይት አቅጣጫ እና እንደ ቴሌብር ያሉ የክፍያ መንገዶችን ያስተዳድራል። የቴሌብር ሚስጥር ቁጥርዎን (PIN) አናይም፤ አናስቀምጥም።
- ማንኛውም የአገልግሎት ክፍያ ወይም የገንዘብ ተመላሽ ፖሊሲ በግዢ ወቅት በግልጽ ይቀርባል።
Terms of Service (English)
1.Introduction & acceptance
- HagerLink is a digital ecosystem and intermediary marketplace that connects users with independent event planners, vendors, academic content creators, hotels and restaurants. By accessing or using our mobile application, website or services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2.Nature of the platform & limitation of liability
- Digital intermediary only. HagerLink functions strictly as an electronic intermediary platform that facilitates connections between users and independent third-party service providers, including vendors, event planners, academic content creators, hotels and restaurants.
- Independence of providers. Third-party vendors and creators operate independently and are not employees, agents or partners of Delaphone Technologie Ltd. We do not directly provide the physical event services, catering or in-person classes offered through the app.
- Limitation of liability. HagerLink is not responsible or liable for the performance, quality, safety, legality or fulfilment of services provided by third parties. All service contracts and execution obligations exist strictly between the user and the respective vendor or creator.
3.User responsibilities & due diligence
- Independent verification. Users are solely responsible for exercising due diligence and verifying the validity, credentials and reputation of a vendor, event planner or creator before making any financial commitment or payment.
- Unverified and personal vendors. To foster local economic participation, HagerLink hosts both verified entities and emerging or unverified personal service providers who may still be obtaining formal commercial licensing. While we collect identification documents during onboarding for safety records, users must exercise extra caution and directly verify the existence and trustworthiness of unverified providers before engaging them.
- Transaction safety. Review all terms, service scopes and pricing directly with the provider before confirming a payment through integrated payment rails such as Telebirr.
4.Vendor, creator, hotel & restaurant terms
- Listing accuracy & compliance. Vendors, event planners, academic creators, hotels and restaurants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their portfolios, pricing and descriptions, and for their legal compliance under Ethiopian commercial law.
- Platform management. HagerLink reserves the right to review, manage, suspend or remove any vendor profile, listing or content that violates platform standards, consumer trust or local regulations.
- Identity and onboarding. All service providers must submit valid identification documents upon registration and agree to transition to full regulatory compliance as their activity scales. HagerLink may investigate and promote providers based on operational history and user feedback.
5.Payments, bookings & platform governance
- HagerLink manages the digital application infrastructure, transaction routing and local payment gateways (such as Telebirr) to provide a secure checkout experience. We never see or store your Telebirr PIN or wallet credentials.
- Any fee structure, service charge or refund policy applicable to a booking is stated at the time of purchase in accordance with standard e-commerce practice. Ticket, course and music refunds follow the policy published by the organizer, creator or artist; vendor subscription fees are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed.
6.Record of acceptance
- When you accept these terms we record your account identifier, phone number, the exact date and time, your device information and the terms version (2026-08-22). This record is retained as evidence of consent and may be produced in a legal proceeding.
7.Privacy at a glance
- What we collect. Your phone number (your unique account identifier), display name, city, a hashed PIN, and the booking, ticket, course and payment records you create on the platform. Vendors additionally submit business licence, TIN and Fayda identity documents when applying for the HagerLink Verified badge.
- How we use it. To create and secure your account, connect you with providers, issue and validate tickets, deliver purchased music and courses, process payments and prevent fraud.
- Payments. Telebirr processes your payment on its own secure checkout. We receive only the payment status and transaction reference — never your PIN or wallet credentials.
- Sharing. When you book, the relevant vendor receives only the details needed to serve you. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
- Your rights. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time through the Support Desk or info@hagerlink.com.
